Site within Shobnall Leisure Centre
so a strict traffic management plan
implemented to ensure site traffic
didn’t interfere with leisure
facility access. We installed a deep
10-year-storm soakaway system to
drain the facility.

The site was built on clay so an
above-ground drainage system was
designed. We installed all of the
pathways and ducting for the
lighting and CCTV.

Albany Park skatepark,

Comments:
The site was formerly a park
paddling pool situated in Albany. As
we couldn’t get vehicles onto site
we had to set up a pump line daily,
pumping concrete to the site from
the compound 150m away.
